Inspection Scheduling:   Scheduling inspections for July 29th forward at this time–cannot accommodate rush inspections at this time due to busy season.   We do not hold dates until payment is made.

 

What 5 things are REQUIRED when you text us, email us or call us:

  • year, make and floorplan/Model  of RV
  • a private party sale or dealership?
  • your contact phone number
  • specific location of subject RV (City/Town)
  • A link to the advertisement of the RV.   
  • our normal business hours are 9am-5pm M-F.

Please be aware we are not able to always answer the phone when meeting with clients or conducting inspections.   Do leave messages, even over the weekend or after hours.  They will be returned as soon as possible or by the following business day. 

Inspection requirements (ideally):  You should inform a seller that inspections require setting up the RV like you are camping with power, water, propane, charged batteries and depending upon the class of RV, can take up to or more than a full business day on-site.  The reports are then worked on and submitted after the on-site inspection.

Please be aware that inspection dates are not moved from tentative to firmly held  until it is confirmed and your payment is made.   Once you are invoiced, you have 24 hrs to make make payment to reserve the entire business day dedicated to your RV for your on-site inspection or service you have requested.
